Quantities are approx as tension varies between knitters

Needles:
3.5mm and 4mm straight needles, plus 3.5mm circular or DPN's (double pointed needles) if working neckband in the round

Tension:
22sts and 30 rows to 10cm over stocking st, using 4mm needles
If less sts to the 10cm, try smaller needles, if more sts try bigger needles.
