Shipping policy

As we are a small (very!) business, we will try our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. It will be couriered by NZ Post which claims to deliver within 3 working days but from experience we realise that doesn't always happen and it can take longer. If you are urgently wanting your order, please let us know and we can overnight your parcel (this is an extra $2 cost). If for any reason your package contents are damaged, please take a photo of it immediately and send it to us so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
