Hat: 1 ball for all sizes

Quantities are approx as tension varies between knitters

Needles:
3 and 3.25mm straight needles or circular with 50/80cm cord
2.75mm for hat band; 2.75mm and 3.25mm circular needles or DPN's if working hat in the round

Tension:
28sts and 36 rows to 10cm over stocking st, using 3.25mm needles
If less sts to the 10cm, try smaller needles, if more sts try bigger needles.
