Quantities are approx as tension varies between knitters

Needles:
3.5 and 4mm straight needles

Neckband: 3.75mm for neckband on first 3 sizes only (or all sizes if you're a tight knitter)

Tension:
22sts and 30 rows to 10cm over stocking st, using 4mm needles
If less sts to the 10cm, try smaller needles, if more sts try bigger needles.
