Amount of yarn required:
Cardigan: 2 (2) 3 (3) 3  x 50g (100m) balls
Hat: 1 ball of yarn for all sizes

Quantities are approx as tension varies between knitters

Needles:
3mm, 3.25mm and 3.5mm needles

Tension:
22sts and 30 rows to 10cm over stocking st, using 4mm needles
If less sts to the 10cm, try smaller needles, if more sts try bigger needles.
