100% Fine Highland Wool | 4 ply | Fingering | 200m

Made from 100% Fine Highland Wool, this lofty yarn is super soft and has beautiful stitch definition. Available in an array of colors, this single ply takes on a new richness. Weighing 50g and with a generous length of 200m (double the regular length of a ball of yarn) making this yarn great value for colorwork, cables and textured stitches. KNITONE YARNS

Welcome to KNITONE Yarns - coming to you from Arrowtown, South Island, New Zealand.

Born from a love of knitting and an addiction to good quality wool, KNITONE was created to service a need in my local knit and crochet community (of course we are also open to all NZ shoppers).

Knitone has been open for a year now and the carefully curated selection continues to grow. I stock yarns from well-known International brand Rowan, as well as Italian Broadway yarns, some of which are made from 100% New Zealand Merino and are machine washable. Also on offer is a dreamy premium Italian range from Lana Grossa. New on the scene is a line from Crucci (NZ and Australian yarn) as well as a very popular hand-dyed yarn YarnPhase grown and dyed here in New Zealand. Blue Sky Fibers from Peru is also a stunning new addition. And I will continue to add more.

Along with yarns, Knitone stocks Knitpro Symfonie circular needles and other knitting notions.

Knitone now has a presence in the Arrowtown Post Shop, stocking a range of Broadway Merino 8 ply as well as some bamboo needles and easy beginner "knit your own" kits (pattern, needles and yarn).

Being a small business, word of mouth is the strongest form of marketing. We'd really appreciate your help to spread the word. Please also follow socials on Instagram knitone_yarns and Facebook knitone yarns. Here I will also share some of my knits and take orders for any custom knits.

If you live in and around Arrowtown, Lake Hayes or Frankton, I can happily drop off orders when it suits. Free delivery for orders over $30. So reach out and ask. Or if preferred, I can arrange to leave at the Arrowtown Post Shop for pickup during working hours Mon-Sun.
